Abstract
The review study notes that the way of financing Czech universities has been changing; financing based solely on number of students is being changed so that part of money should be conditioned by the scientific output of the school. Therefore the Government Council for Research, Development and Innovation published a list of Czech non-impacted journals that are considered to be of good quality, and articles published in them will be recognized as scientific publications.
The study describes the criteria that must be complied by such a journal and lists Czech journals with educational focus figuring in the register.
