Sciatic Notch Curve Representation in Morphometrics

Abstract

A new approach for analyzing sciatic notch curve using methods from image analysis and computer geometry is presented. Underlying anthropological study: sexual dimorphism of greater sciatic notch, applied on documented sample collection from Maxwell Museum in Albuquerque, NM, USA.
