Abstract
Conrtibutions focus on a portrait of a man, probably a scholar, painted by Hans von Aachen. The sitter was identified as Johannes Kepler, the famous mathematitician and astronomer Johannes Kepler (1571-1630), who worked also for Rudolf II in Prague.
