Abstract
The temperature dependence of the specific heat reflects practically all processes in a given material. The total measured specific-heat value is a sum of several independent contributions - e.g. the heat capacity of lattice vibrations, phase transitions (superconducting, magnetic order, ... ), electronic specific heat etc.
The individual contributions are usually described by relevant theories, the total analysis is quite complex.
