Abstract

Chapter describes the progress and results of international research project STEPS, which took place during last 2 years in 30 European countries with the aim to map the situation of implementation of ICT in teaching at primary schools and find out what is the effect of the use of technology to schools, pupils, teachers and the entire educational system.
