Construction and characteristics of k-curve as a means of determination of cirque remodelation : Case studies in Bohemian (Bavarian) Forest, Giant Mts. and Hrubý Jeseník Mts.

Abstract

The main goal of this contribution was mathematic analysis of k-curve (Haynes, 1968) as a descriptive index of cirque overdeepening. Than we identified input variables of the k-curve equation.

Problems of application in real relief were discused. Overdeepening of 27 cirques of Bohemian Massif was calculated.
