Abstract

The author comments on unclearness of some provisions of the law concerning the property of dwelling units in relation to the new building law no. 183/2006 Coll. Particularly the terms building, flat, common part of the house, the cases of building changes and the changes of purpose of using the building, as well as the critical opinion on the provision of § 109 of the building law because of the definition of participants on building proceedings.
