Some fundamental remarks about the proposal of the new law concerning the property of dwelling units .

Abstract

The author reacts critically on another proposal of law concerning the property of dwelling units that was proposed by the Ministry for Regional Development in July 2008. The proposal was withdrawn again. Author proposes new definition of ?common part of building? and he stresses the need of higher protection of the owners of dwelling units.
