Abstract
The entry into force of The Treaty of Lisbon after 1 November 2009 would invoke the rule on composition of the Commission as agreed in Nice 2000, which will be ureasy to akcept by Ireland. What consequences for the Czech EU-Presidency in the first half of 2009?
