Relationship of the Treaty on a Constitution for Europe to the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. The strategy of rafitication.

Abstract

European Constitutional Treaty doesn´t seem to be contrary to the Czech Constitution. This may be still proved by gthe Constitutional Court under Art. 87 para.2 Const. (ex ante review of conformity).

The approval by Referendum would bring more legitimacy than a mere parliamentary consent.
