The Constitutional Treaty in the process of constitutionalisation of the EU

Abstract

The Constitutional Treaty doesn´t bring those fatal changes at all, which its opponents impute to it. Such a mystification misuses the poor knowledge of the functioning of constitutional processes on the basis of the ES/EU Treaties ant the case law of the ECJ.
