Abstract
We report about a patient presenting with two immunopathological diseases - primary idiopathic polymyositis (fulfilling Bohan and Peter's criteria and criteria according to Tanimoto) and multiple sclerosis (McDonald's criteria). Even though - in general terms - immunopathological diseases tend to coincide, we could not find any article reporting about the particular association we hereby describe.
