Abstract
The study reflects the natural law, its conception and argumentation in the Catholic social teaching since the first social encyclical Rerum novarum till now. The analysis of fundamental Catholic social teaching texts are completed by the presentation of the natural law tradition and impulses from the actual theological-ethical discussions that are oriented to the natural law ethics and natural law argumentation.
