Abstract
This article aims to provide some interesting insights and changes in the education of players in categories U5-U10 in Switzerland. The main aim of these changes is the realization that in the first place is always a player, not competition.
Elimination of performance and succes orentation (position in the table, the number of points, play only the best players) by removal of public competitions and tournaments tables, reduce the tactical approach to develop the technical ability of players, which is clear priority in these age categories.
