§ 242: Specific provisions for effective regret.

Abstract

Criminal liability for a crime not to pay taxes, social security and other mandatory payments (§ 245) shall be forfeited if the perpetrator subsequently fulfilled his obligation before the Court of First Instance began to issue verdict.
