The Decree of Kutná Hora and the Interpretation of the University Autonomy during centuries

Abstract

This paper was in the Czech tradition comprehended as the very good act, but not in the German Tradition. Important were also the relations between the High School and the Emperor (mainly in the 16th and 17th Centuries).
