Abstract
Current protestant theology aims to create its relation to science as a critical and open dialogue. To solve the problems of bioethics it origins in understanding of life as a gifted reality which we shall accept with responsibility and gratitude, with respect and love.
This attitude can help to resist the utilitarisation of life.
