Abstract
Most of the ethical questions coupled with organ transplantations concerns organ donors and the way of organ excerption, which is coupled with the definition of the moment of death. The problem of the consent with donating organs, eventually by the members of the family, is discussed as well.
The question of the organ sale is also mentioned.
