Abstract
Lien is part of the substantive law. It is the Institute provided for in § 152–174 of the Civil Code and certain other provisions of other laws.
This article analyzes some aspects of the implementation of the lien in court. In the third part of the article, the author focuses on the Court to sell the company and the position of a lien creditor in the insolvency proceedings.
