Abstract
The article analyses the draft Civil Code from the comparative point of view. In particular, it is based on general trends of perception of the statute of limitations and periods of limitation in the latest supranational and national projects.
From this point of view, the article subjects the proposed regulation to criticism and presents different normative expression of the number of issues to be regulated in the anticipated Civil Code.
