Abstract
The author analyses the institute of unjust enrichment as such, whereas he bases his analysis on European development trends. The result of the analysis are author’s suggestions for improvement of the draft wording of the new Civil Code.
The author also deals with development of the legal regulation of unjust enrichment and contribution of supranational projects to this institute (PECL, CISG, PICC, DCFR).
