Abstract
The seminar focused on the topic of "Organizational requirements and operational culture change". During the the study visit best practices of eParticipation and social media tools in Czech Republic were presented, including presentation about the Power of the Social Networks by Mr.
Jiri Majstr, Deputy Director General, Czech Press Office (ČTK) and eParticipation & Online services in Czech municipalities by Jaroslav Šolc from Czech Association of Municipalities.
