Abstract
The contribution is focused on transposition and implementation of the Directive 2008/115/EC on Common Standards and Procedures in Member States for Returning Illegally Staying Third Country Nationals (Returns Directive) in the Czech Republic. One of the interesting issues discussed there is introduction of less coercive measures then detention into the Czech law.
The contribution also deals with new conditions of detention and situation of persons who are non-returnable, in "legal limbo".
