The Concept of Teleological Method of Interpretation in the Czech Legal Environment

Abstract

This article focuses mainly on understandidng of teleological approach to juristic interpretation on the Czech scene. The whole paper should be considered as an attempt at introducing a coherent outline of attitudes to teleological interpretation.

However, in addition to descriptive conclusions many new ideas are added.
