Abstract
The survey of the concept of mobbing is presented from the view of its workplace incidence in Czech Republic, which is during last 4 years increasing rapidly. The results of 5 surveys of mobbing incidence in Czech Republic are given.
Numbers from Czech Republic are compared with results in the world. The attention is paid to the explanation of terms, description of mobbing behaviors, person of mobbing person and a victim.
Compared are the results of mobbing surveys in health care sector around the world.
