Economic development at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries

Abstract

The chapter explains the basic issues of the economic development of the world in 1990-2007, stressing the issues of market economies (USA, Great Britain, France, Germany, Japan), European Union, Russia and China. It also includes an interpretation of the Czech economic transformation.
