Abstract
Czech as a foreign Level is the fourth level in a series of specification of learning objectives developed within the Council of Europe´s programme for particular national languages. Vantage level provides learners the same needs and perspectives as The Threshold Level, but on a higher stage of linguistic and sociocultural competence.
