Legal regulation and protection of important information for a process of criminalistic identification of the people of the Czech and Slovak Republics

Abstract

The analysis is valid legislation drafting image and video-audio recordings for the purposes of criminal proceedings. The aim of the analysis is to ascertain if the legislation is for a controversial and comparative material for the purpose of forensic identifikácie such a way that it can then be used in criminal proceedings as evidence in criminal proceedings in podmienkach SR and CR.
