Abstract
An interdisciplinary approach in the chemistry education is the very important educational objective. History of science is the example of cross-curricular topics that could be very attractive not only for scientifically but also for humane oriented students.
The contribution presents the didactics issue in an integration of chemistry and history for the periods of the ancient China, the antique Greece, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance in Europe. Keywords: integrated science educatin, history of science in education
