Abstract
The Criminal Liability of Corporations is indisputably regarded as a contemporary phenomenon, which brings a lot of debatable questions. Nevertheless, the aim of my work was to refer to one of them - the scope of the criminalization of corporate criminal liability.
The purpose was to summarize various concepts of this criminalization, focus on legal regulations of this issue in certain European countries and compare the scope of criminalization of corporate criminal liability in two Czech bills of Act on Criminal Liability of Corporations and proceedings against them from years 2004 and 2011.
