The conference followed the previous conferences held by the Institute of Czech Studies. It took place as a part of the 55th anniversary of the Summer School of Slavonic Studies.
The programme focused on 3 themes: 1. the experience with the realization of the so-called Bologna process into the instruction of Czech for foreigners; 2. Czech culture and its reflection in students''sociocultural competence; 3.
Czech as a foreign language in 21st century.
