"European exceptionalism" and nuclear third party liability

Abstrakt

Paper deals with the problem of "European exceptionalism" in the context of nuclear liability law. Problem of Euratoms accession to the Paris Convention on Third Party Nuclear Liability is discessed.

Further, the possibility to issue a directive to harmonise nuclear liability law under Euratom Treaty is matter of discussion.
