EU Court: Territorial scope of non-infringement of Community trade mark

Abstract

The article analyzes the EU's Case concerning the issue of the territorial scope of the prohibition to continue the negotiations, which infringed or would infringe the Community trade mark on the entire Union and other states are obliged to recognize judicial decisions and execute.
