Paclitaxel conjugation with the analog of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone as a targeting moiety

Abstract

The conjugates of paclitaxel with the analogs of the gonadotropin-releasing hormone was synthesized with aim to increase selective delivery of cytostatic into cancer cells. The efficacy of new conjugates was proved in breast cancer cell line MCF7.
