To the problem of a referendum in Czechoslovakia after 1945 and the Czech Republic after 1992

Abstract

The author in her article deals with the question of referendum as an institute of direct democracy. She sketches the decrease of interest in discussions about this institute after 1945, e.g. 1948 and the rebirth of interest in discussion about this institute after 1992.
