Abstract
New Labour comment published publisher Wolters Kluwer CR in English gives a practical interpretation of the law and highlights the most problematic areas. Commentary is designed to use foreign employers, managers and employees.
It is not intended for public administration and therefore does not go into detail at the provisions that relate specifically to employees in the public sphere. Instead of extensive theoretical interpretation, the publication focuses on practical questions and comment text is supplemented by numerous examples that help illuminate key issues.
