The "End" of the natural law and the "grobing around" of the Supreme Court in this regard

Abstract

The chapter follows the natural law tradition from the antiquity to the early modernity disscusing firstly its demise therafter, and secondly analysing some Supreme Court decisions it is trying to show specific uncertainty of the Supreme Courts reasoning with the regard of human rights.
