Abstract

The aim of this study text is to intermediate the students the gender and disability studies terminology and their main theoretical starting points, assumptions nad goals. This knowledge is esssential to the understanding of gender problems within apllied areas such as special education.

The main aim of this study si to develop students capability to perceive the social reality using the gender conscious point of view, one of the key prerequisites for effective intervention in special education.
