Abstract
The author develops Lawyer magazine Právník in 1948-1989, attention focused on the period from the founding of the February coup Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences Institute of Law (1948-1955), followed by the establishment of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences Institute of Law centennial year (1955-1961), the so-called Prague spring (1962-1968), the "cadre measures" (1969-1973), through the seventies to the period of "reconstruction "(1985-1889).
