Abstract
The chapter is aimed to describe outcome of restrictive, combined and malabsorptive bariatric procedures on nutrition. There are summarised guidelines for postoperative diet progression, recommended rules for long term diet after bariatric surgery including regular nutrient supplementation, timing and content of patient's monitoring with the aim to early diagnose and treat possible nutritional dearrangements which are associated with particular bariatric procedures.
