Abstract

Extraordinary challenge is how to ensure palliative care for dying in teaching hospitals. Of course, that this is a problem of economic and organizational, but this is manageable.

Why are we still failing to implement adequate palliative strategy in teaching hospitals is primarily a matter of inertia and hence the belief that dying is "elsewhere". Ethical connotations of "groovy" patterns of decisions and actions of health professionals would like to take
