Abstract

Authors describe change in experience of employees during the experience-based training program for individual planning in rezidential elderly care. They identified by qualitative research 2 groups of change, which can be interpreted not only as individual change, but also as cultural change in the direction of the "new approach" outlined by the professional concept of individual planning in social services.
