Abstract
The discussion between V. Havel and M.
Kundera at the autum 1968 and the spring 1969 is explain as a first discussion about the meaning of ther "Prague spring 68" of the russian occupation and of the character of the political "normalisation" after that, and, last but not least, about the reformposibilities of the Socialism.
