The solution of irregular stay of migrants. Situation in the Czech Republic and selected European countries

Abstract

The publication focuses on the approaches to irregular migration. Primarily the perspective is that of human rights, while the approaches are viewed through the lense of regularization efforts and their possible consequences for society and the state as such.

Major emphasis is put on the situation of persons without residence permit and their access to selected fundamental rights, especially in the Czech Republic.
