Abstract
This article is about Feuerstein's Instrumental enrichment (FIE) and about practial experiences from it's apliccation in the context of the Czech primary scholl. FIE is well known programm usually used for teaching thinking skills and enhancing cognitive functions in children and adolescents.
Feuerstein's teoretical concept (mediated learning experience, cognitive map...) is briefly presented together with programm's structure (instruments). Evidence from practical apliccation of this programm in the context of education of Romi children in the Czech primary scholl is presented.
