The paper deals with a not much observed phenomenon called bullying of teachers by pupils from primary schools in the Czech Republic. Such aggression is a problem which is specifi c and increasing.
The paper identifies the causes of this problem from the perspectives of key stakeholders (teachers, pupils, parents, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and experts in the fi eld of education and bullying). It also analyzes the opinions and attitudes to possible solutions of the problem in perspectives of a group of experts (experts in the fi eld of education and bullying, headmasters of primary schools and representatives of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports).
The methodology is based on Delphi analysis, in-depth interviews and group discussions. The study''s fi ndings point to diff erences in regarding causes of bullying of teachers by stakeholders questioned and it also points out that not all ways of solving the problems are being seen congruently.
