Abstrakt

Josef and Karel Čapeks'' works on animals and Raja Rao''s The Cat and Shakespeare, are literary representations which resist stereotypes in both narrative form and theme. With regard to the non-stereotyped stance as such the character of cats is presented as its symbol and the different ways cats are looked upon its touchstone.
