Abstract
Financial law is part of the legal system as a separate field has a long tradition in teaching at universities and law schools in particular. His approach in different countries vary a diverse range of issues dealt with - somewhere is a separate branch of tax law, banking law elsewhere , somewhere is the concept including both fiscal and non-fiscal areas.
The need to address new approaches to the issues examined , which is associated with developments in the economic sphere , this means a significant strengthening of the position field of financial law at European level.
