Herein, we report another rare lesion arising in supernumerary nipple, namely lactation adenoma. The patient was a 26-year-old woman, who was about to stop breastfeeding her 2-year-old child.
She had been taking hormonal contraceptives for the last 2 months. The patient sought medical assistance because of the recent enlargement of her right submammary supernumerary nipple as well as tenderness in the normal right breast.
Her medical history was significant for puerperal mastitis. Physical examination revealed an enlarged supernumerary nipple, without nipple discharge, that was removed en toto.
