The article deals with signs and meanings in poststructural philosophy. Hence focuses on the process of ever-changing meanings of sings in dynamic structures.
A sign is understood as a medium for "reading" the world as well as for "teaching" about the world. On the example of semiotic analyses of signs made by R.
Barthes and J. Baudrillard we explore character of non-problematic everyday commonplaceness.
In the second half of the text we ask about the possibilities for breaking such limited commonplaceness in education (ancient Greek paideia).
